Terms of Service

1. Service Description

GrainBoard is a B2B SaaS platform providing structured market data, analytical tools, and proprietary indicators for agricultural commodity markets (grains and oilseeds). The Service is intended for professional use.

2. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address, first name, last name, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are individual. Sharing credentials with third parties is prohibited.

3. Plans and Access

The Service is available under the following plans:

• Free: limited access to selected modules and data.
• Analyst (1 200 €/year, excl. VAT): full market coverage and proprietary pace indicators.

A 14-day trial of the Analyst plan may be offered at our discretion.

Features, coverage, and plan boundaries are described on the pricing page and may evolve. We will notify active subscribers of material changes to their plan scope.

4. Pricing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. Prices are stated in euros, exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment is due at the start of each subscription period. AgraMarket does not store payment card details; all payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.

5. Trial Period

If a free trial is offered, it provides temporary access to Analyst-tier features. At the end of the trial, access reverts to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is activated.

No payment information is required to start a trial unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods. If you believe a refund is warranted due to a service failure, contact contact@agramarket.fr.

7. Data and Content

7.1 Market Data

Market data displayed on the platform is sourced from publicly available institutional publications. AgraMarket normalizes, structures, and enriches this data but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Data is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

The Service does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial recommendations.

7.2 Proprietary Indicators

Indicators such as pace indices, crush momentum, stage-relative crop evaluations, and correlation analyses are proprietary to AgraMarket. Their methodology is documented within the platform. These indicators are analytical tools, not forecasts.

7.3 User Obligations

You may use data and charts from GrainBoard for your own professional analysis. You may not systematically extract, redistribute, resell, or republish data or content from the platform without prior written consent.

Screenshots or charts used in professional publications must credit "GrainBoard / AgraMarket".

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, its interface, software, analytical methodology, and all original content are the intellectual property of AgraMarket SARL. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.

9. Availability

AgraMarket targets reasonable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, data source outages, or technical incidents may cause temporary unavailability.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

10. Liability

AgraMarket shall not be liable for:

• trading or investment decisions made based on data or indicators from the platform;
• losses arising from data inaccuracies, delays, or omissions;
• service interruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to: credential sharing, systematic data extraction, or use of the Service for purposes harmful to AgraMarket or other users.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nanterre, France.
